Patrick Remsza
Patrick, CEO of DalTex Consulting, is a seasoned IT leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the public and private sectors. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he holds a Master of Science in Management and Applied Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, and completed undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
Throughout his career Patrick has served as both a consultant and a federal employee with the IRS under the Treasury, bringing deep technical expertise and practical program experience to complex, mission-critical initiatives — including project leadership for Section 508 compliance. He credits his success to disciplined work, continuous learning, and the talented teams he has had the privilege to lead.
Grateful for the collaboration and dedication of his colleagues, Patrick focuses on building inclusive teams that solve hard problems and deliver measurable value for clients. Having supported technology initiatives worldwide, he now resides in Sanger, Texas, where he leads an energetic IT consulting firm committed to excellence, service, and accessibility for all.
